Welcome to our Early Dismissal Hangouts!

With several early release days in Spring 2026, The BGCRE is committed to ensuring that children and families have after school care options! 

Joining us will be our Joel Barlow Juniors and Seniors as our Youth Development Counselors.

Students will take bus 30 from school and arrive at the BGCRE (170 Cross Hwy)

Counselors will check children in and out.

Snack is provided, however we ask that your child brings water.

We will utilize our outdoor fields and courts, as well as our indoor space weather depending. 

 12:00-3:00 PM

$50 Registration Fee

$50 BGCRE Membership Required 

*Membership fee’s include all insurance, and required upon all BGCRE programs & sports*
