Governance and Staffing:
The Boys & Girls Club of Redding-Easton is governed by a Board of Directors made up of members of the Redding-Easton community. Full-time staff currently includes our Executive Director, Joe Dolan and Administration Manager, Peri Bartro, and seasonal part-time staff. In addition, scores of parents each year provide invaluable volunteer assistance and supervision in the form of coaching, organizing special events, and serving on committees.
As a private, non-profit, tax-exempt, 501 (c)(3) organization, the Club is funded by a combination of program fees and donations from individuals and companies. In addition, the Club receives program grants through the National Boys & Girls Clubs of America when available and applicable to its program needs.
